At the end of my 5-week stay in Bali, my experience with the hotel's rooms was disappointing. There was no soap or hand towels, and the bathroom had a massive crack in the hand basin. The shower was not functioning well, and the toiletries seemed watered down. The towels needed replacement, and the walls had cement and plaster flaking off. Additionally, there were cockroaches and noisy rats in the ceiling, and the large TV advertised was missing.
The hotel provided everything we needed in a great location near shopping and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable, but the steep stairs might not be suitable for everyone. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The dining experience was simple but tasty, and the pool and garden were perfect for relaxation.
The hotel offers a mix of old Balinese style rooms with great air conditioning and fans, although room servicing was delayed until late afternoon causing inconvenience. Pricing could be considered high compared to booking prices.
